Real Estate聽is my passion and apparently 鈥� for much of America as well. No subject seems to provide as much pleasure or stress all rolled into one as Real Estate does. Don鈥檛 believe me? Just watch the news, or take a look at the explosion 聽in the number of Real Estate themed TV programming available today. 聽From 鈥淗ouse Hunters鈥� to 鈥淪elling New York 鈥� and many others like it, it seems we can鈥檛 get enough of watching people like ourselves shopping for homes, selling them or trying to fix them up.
For me, as well as most, our home is our private sanctuary; hopefully filled with wonderful memories, a place to relax and unwind, to be with family and to entertain friends. Unlike any other possession, our home gives us the unique ability to express ourselves and to customize our surroundings with those things that make us most comfortable and happy. That鈥檚 the fun part and it鈥檚 no wonder we鈥檙e all so drawn to watch others spend money, to realize dreams and to stay optimistic even in the toughest of economic times.
Unfortunately, all things Real Estate can be very confusing and intimidating as well. Whether you鈥檝e bought and sold homes several times or you鈥檙e a first timer, the fact is, times have changed and there鈥檚 a confusing amount of information (sometimes gross misinformation) that we鈥檙e bombarded with every day.
